Ideapad P500 Can't Disable Fn Hotkeys

I want to make it so that I can activate theF1-F12 keys without pressing the Fn key. I have been looking all over in lenovosupport and forums, and found a few different sets of instructions, which allseemed to be outdated when I tried them. I tried the BIOS method, but thehotkey option is no longer on there. I installed lenovo Vantage, but the hotkeyoption is not in there in (Hardware settings -> Input). I've been lookingfor hours, and cannot find an accurate guide anywhere. Help would beapprectiated.
