Backspace buttons Clear speech when typing on the keyboard does not work

  Can someone please help me?

I just got my new laptop today and the battery has drained 16% in less than an hour. Is this normal? I don't understand when the stats say the battery can last up to 11 hours why this battery is draining so quickly.
